It's the last TotS week, and still no NL TotS.
From a sporting perspective, is the National League no longer a Top 3 EU League?
They've won the Champions League twice in the last three years.
I can't believe this, this is bad dream
I don't know why NL was saved for the last content day of the TOTS event, but it seems pretty clear to me that NL will get TOTS cards tomorrow. And does it really matter that much if NL TOTS cards are released on the first or last content day of the TOTS event or somewhere between those 2 days as long as they are released and NL is not ignored?
One of the two missing leagues won’t receive any cards, I’m convinced of that.
And today is Day 19 of the TotS event, so of course it matters ... a 91ovr card 20 days ago had a bigger impact on gameplay than it does today, and I seriously doubt that any EU team combos will still be available in three weeks for Season 5.
And as I mentioned earlier, there won’t be any more tradeable guaranteed TotS packs, and since there are already 188 TotS cards, what are the odds that NL TotS will be in the random 91/93 sets?
This just makes NL TotS unnecessarily more expensive, because who buys packs just for the NL?

Yes, that seems to be the case. But considering that the 2 missing leagues are NL and HockeyAllsvenskan, I'm convinced that NL is the league that will get TOTS cards tomorrow. Why would it not be?
And thanks for explaining why it matters. It would be nice if EA tried to make it so that it wouldn't significantly affect the availability of the cards. But at least the 96s will be buildable like they are with all other leagues.
