NHL 26 HUT PACKS

I recently bought the trade quest ultimate pack that just came out. It states on the pack 100 percent probability of an 84+ out of 15 players and at the top of the pack it states probability of getting one or more players of the overall range or described category of this pack. So the described category on this pack is 100 percent 84+ I should get at least 1. Ea hes stated in their policy. “Pack probabilities are built to ensure a guaranteed return for any pack purchase, for instance, a pack might show that you have a 100 percent likelihood of getting a category of Items that’s rated 80 or above. That means it will give you at least one player that’s 80+ rated. Every Pack description in the HUT Store also lists how many items you'll receive in total.” In this it uses 80+ as an example so for me my described category is an 84+. I got all 83 and under cards in the pack. EA support tells me theirs nothing they can do to help me. As a loving player of this game please help me. I got robbed.
