Was playing my 22nd cup chase game on superstark and my game bugged out. Was just finished with period 1 and The pressed resume and period 2 didnt start. My players were frozen on the ice and ther was no faceoff. I could scroll the pause menu and change lite. But nothing happend in game. Some kind of bug. Suck to loose out on undefeted superstar bonus pack for a bug.
Exact same thing happened to me last night. Undefeated in 19 cup chase games and at the end of a tied 3rd period in the 20th game, the game froze just as you described (the fans were still moving but the ice was glitched with no player moving or responding). I restarted NHL 26, started game 21 and the exact same bug happened again at the end of period 1. I lost my undefeated streak AND lost the playoffs.
Don't think I'll be starting another cup chase until some patch gets announced
Same happened to me in Cup Chase, was just coming to report it. After first perioid, frozen player and lost game due to forced quit.
same thing happened to me in my 18th game. It's such a slap in the face to those who play offline.
The pack shouldn't be for undefeated season but maybe for outscoring your opponents by a combined amount of goals or something so you can overcome an issue with the game that you can't control.
I feel robbed, but please fix this...
