No win streak bonus anymore?

As soon as i ranked up into diamond a few days ago i stopped receiving the win streak bonus for going on a streak of 2 or more wins, i didnt get it after 3 / 4 or 5 wins in a row as well.  Is this a bug or is the win streak bonus no longer a thing?
