for offence and defence there's sliders.  Off the top of my head for defence, for example, you have a slider set to "pinch" or "hold" blue line position.  Again that's off the top of my head.  For defence there's 2, the other one is shooting/cylce i think.  For offence there is 4 sliders.  You cannot edit these sliders during a game.  Only can you push the dpad up, down, left and right to cycle thru other strats, but nothing changes these sliders.  I just think it would be nice to be able to flip the script and see how it goes.  

Which sliders specifically? Off the top of my head. the only thing I can think of that can be modified for HUT is Online Pass Assist. When I get a chance, I can go through all the sliders to see if any others apply. Anything that affects your team can't be modified for online play. We need everyone playing on the same settings to keep it fair.

Back in the day, you could pause the game, very quickly make a quick edit to your lines. Had to be done during intermissions or the 30 second pause. Yes it was frantic. You’re likely right that that isn’t worth their time. 
sliders? I’m talking about defence and offense sliders. You’re saying those are the same for everyone in hut? I’d like to see at least a 2nd set of strategies, preset, that you can change within a game.  But I realize this is also a big ask. Just quality of life things to me, but I do understand it all takes time and they don’t have enough.  

Yes. You're right about goalie swapping. It was originally disabled because it caused a desync.

While there are some of you that would edit lines during games, I doubt many people would. It's one of those things that probably takes a high amount of effort for little return.

The same goes for strategies. We can't just let someone pause for a minute or more to edit their strategies/lines. People would be pretty upset. There's already toxic behavior around watching replays. Adding any more time to the game would not be met with praise.

Sliders also don't apply to HUT. Everyone plays on the same set of sliders for online modes.

Goalie swapping is part of hockey.  Aljo, this has to be addressed.  It's beyond unacceptable that this isn't fixed yet.  As well as being able to edit your lines, mid game, even if it's within a 30 second pause.  Seen as I'm here talking about this, we desperately need strategy loadouts.  It's also unacceptable that we cannot edit our strategies mid game.  Yes, of course i know you can change some of them, but we need to be able to change our sliders.  At the very least have 2 or 3 pre-set loadouts ready to go at the push of a button, during the game.  These are basic hockey requests here.  

Are you controlling your defenders? If someone is scoring the same goal 4 times in a row, that's going to be due to a lack of defense. You're of course welcome to post a video. We'll review it for any issues.
