Penalty for no reason

I played Wild Card and held the puck with my dman, trying to find an passing lane through my opponents players. All of an sudden i get an penalty for no reason and that means an penalty shot on Wild Card. What is going on? Did not record it unfortunately.

    I found it out myself, if you hold the puck too long the game punishes you from it.
