Pinnacle error set! All sets are broken!

Hi EASports,

please fix as soon as possible the problem with completing sets in HUT NHL26 Pinnacle Event as it is impossible to complete sets of neither Bouwmeester nor Doughty: when I try to complete these sets either automatically or manually adding cars which are not in current lineup the error appears “ERROR SENDING ITEM TO SET”. It’s not working even when I restart game or my console PS5. I recognised this problem yesterday after my effort to get proper amount of proper cards for those sets. Today it’s still not working! Please fix it as soon as possible, but not later than the event ends! Thanks.

UPDATE: all sets are broken i.e. you can’t complete other sets for MasterCards like Howard etc. + you can’t complete sets to change three of 87 pinnacle cards to 89 card 😬

EASports please fix it!

    This fixed it.  Removing cards from ALL lineups resolved the issue.

    there is no Bug, this is intentional 

    This change in the latest patch isn't the best solution, but it's still a great idea to protect players in this way ... because every player in the maximum 20 possible lineups is now protected from accidentally being put into a set.

    Having issues with trading in 87 overall icons for overall 89 or 90 icons and same thing with the captains 90 overall for 92. Any help out there?

    Hello. I merged your thread with one of the others that already exist for this issue. You just need to the item from any lineups they may be in.

    I also am having a major issue with this, however Malkin is not in any line up what so ever and I do have the 2- 92 cards to do the XFactor upgrade and it refuses to do it at all. Please fix!!!!

    Try deleting all of your lineups and then see if you can add him to a set. Thanks!
