They took the NY server out. The single reason I bought the game. Now I'm just getting demolished on QC for 60% of my games again.
Yep, Denver and New York are the main ones I know that they removed. Why they would remove servers from two major metro areas doesn't make any sense to me.. it doesnt make matchmaking faster and only screws over a % of the player base while the other % gets the benefit of playing people on their server from thousands of miles away.
Dallas is the "QC" equivalent out here in central. the past two years i had an awesome 7-8 m/s ping and now i am forced to play 90% of my games on the dallas server on 28m/s while they get like 5.. it really sucks trying to play defense against that.. i can squeek out some goals.. but once they have the puck in my zone, i am utterly useless from the delays of trying to move back and forth and delayed pokes
