Problem with goalie UT NHL26

This is the second time in one week I experienced the same critical bug in NHL 26 Ultimate Team.

 

The puck goes directly towards my goalie and he does nothing:

- Goalie freezes in a broken animation

- Puck passes under him

- He reacts only after the goal is scored

 

This is not gameplay error – this is a broken animation/physics bug.

 

I paid 40 USD for this game and this is unacceptable.

I am climbing divisions in HUT and every unfair bug goal directly affects competitive results.

 

Platform: PS5  

Mode: Ultimate Team (HUT)  

Issue: Repeated goalie animation/physics bug  

Frequency: Multiple occurrences in one week  

Evidence: Photo from my phone 

 

This needs to be investigated and fixed.

    Hi there. Thanks so much for reporting this. I've passed on other, similar reports on goalie behavior. It's a very difficult position to get perfect. There typically are improvements every year though so we'll have to wait and see what's coming down the road.

    Also, if you can, try to include video with your reports. Pictures are always welcome, but video is a lot more helpful. Thanks!
