How does ranked actually work?in the deepdive dev tell that you can’t derank but we can like silver 3 can go back silver 2.
does it only apply like you are gold 1 can’t go back silver 3 ? Or you can always go back to silver if you are on a losing streak?EA_Aljo

Ea u guys clearly stated that we wouldn't derank in hut ranked and didn't fulfill on your words so all I'm asking for is a refund, pls contact me within a week if you don't I will have to take further action thank u. @easoprts
Apparently it turns out you can drop from Gold to all way to Silver 1 and from Elite to Platinum 1.
This being the case I consider the ”deep dive” to be intentional massaging of lost players due to 25’s smurfers.
I'm losing my rank when I'm not supposed to be losing my rank in HUT.
I thought we weren't supposed to lose rank at all?
You can lose rank within the tier that you are in. So if you make it to gold 4, you can drop back to gold 1 but that is as far as you will drop. You will not drop back into silver for the rest of the season. Once you get past gold and onto platinum, you won't drop back to gold for the rest of the season. Hope that makes sense and helps.

Yeah EA said in the deep dive that there wouldn't be derank. But there is. Any explanation?

I am thrilled that in the new ranked system, when I reach a division I stay there for the rest of the season. Feels so good to not constantly having to recover lost ground, I can solely focus on improving. This ranked system helped me immensely by taking some pressure off.
