Ranked line combo request

With salary as low as it is (still), would it be possible to actually get line combos for ranked rewards cards? I mean if there's no real chance to use them then they're just more BND clutter that you have to omit from searches.

Actually while we're at it, can we get rid of BND cards next year? They're fine for the XP cards but otherwise just kind of annoying a lot of the time.
