Wins not registering

Hi there. What is the message you get when they disconnect? Does it say you lost connection to the EA servers or does it say you lost connection to the other player?

Says I lost connection to the other player.

Normally, you would get the win then. Which mode in HUT is this happening in? Ranked?

Yes in Ranked

If it happens again, can you get a video for me? Also, make sure you exit out of HUT and load back in to see if your record updates. It would be good to do a thorough power cycle of your equipment as well. 

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again
