Ranked Rigged

Dear EA, please fixed ranked play system. It’s nice you added rewards but the punishment and matching system is completely rigged. In the beginning of my ranked journey I was struggling to get past silver 2. I got destroyed and got knocked down to silver 1. I messaged the kid after and he told me he was in Gold 2. How is that fair?? How is that fair for me to get bumped down a level from someone who’s 5 levels higher than me. It seems like every single game I lose it’s not true ranked as I’m not playing the same level of rank as me. I mean seriously…
