Same happened to me in this set as well as the NextGen Set. Cards are not in the inbox, lost at least 3 87's and a few 83/85's as well. It would be really nice to have my cards back for team of the year if someone at EA could find the time to look into this. As much effort and/money as these cards cost to earn/make/buy this year you should not have these types issues happening. When packs cost $100 you need to be accountable and quick on catching and fixing bugs like this. It would help if you had an accessible support team, you used to. 

Just a quick update I finally got my NextGen cards back today, I never did get the ones from the Transactions sets back though
