Season 1 Captains

I was wondering if it is possible to allow us to activate S1 Captains as a current captain? I like to run theme teams and none of the S2 captains fit my theme team to I am not able to gain any AP unless additional captains are added to S2 that also fit my theme team. 

Is it possible for future seasons to consider a captain per NHL team so everyone has a choice to use a player from their favourite team as their captain?
