Someone at EA messing with my online gameplay.

I believe someone at EA has done something to my account and connection to my server, made it to Elite 1 and now all of a sudden im losing every game, all my games in hut champs and just got put against guys ranked in the top 100 back to back when im ranked 2000th, this keeps happening constantly. My game has been incredibly slow and sluggish lately and the network performance is low at around 10-17ms but is very jumpy lately out of nowhere and I can feel it in game because i cant l2 and turn smoothly anymore, passes are constantly going wild, shots are not registering, massive delays when trying to switch players defensively, this is incredibly frustrating. All these top 100 players l2 cross crease cheese goals go in but all of a sudden my 93+players are fanning on those shots, their Ai picks off passes when directly in front of a pass but mine dont, makes absolutely zero sense.
