Hey I have question about the supercharge pack not appearing even tho I am on Xbox and have ea play ? Will this issue be resolved ?

I have not gotten my supercharged bundle. When do i get this? I have active Ea play subscribtion.
I have ultimate gamepass on xbox + i redeem a code for the supercharge pack on nhl26.Still not receive it.Plus i see tons of people who are not even subscribe to gamepass what so ever and receive it.EA what are you doing?
