Since they are harassing you through the Xbox chat/messaging systems, you'll need to contact Xbox support for assistance.

You already know Xbox isnt going to do anything about this, this is an EA issue not an xbox/playstation issue. Why are you letting a player who is currently in elite 1 in ranked in the top 100 go around and engage in that type of psycho behavior?
