TOTY Vote Losers
Is it possible for EA to release the TOTY vote losers but the cards just don't upgrade? I feel like a lot of people would like the cards just to have them... Like if Werenski wins, I'd love to have Sanderson's TOTY, even if it doesn't upgrade.
