Tradeable player changing to untradeable and BNB.

I have a big bug in Ultimate team. I was going to do the 83 ovr totw choice pack set with my tradeable and untradeable player (not BNB) and i put them in the collection to have the pack and i choose my player and after i choose my player and took it to my album and my player wasn't there and all my tradeable and untradeable player change to BNB. 

EA_Aljo​ can you tell me how?
