User Experience Suggestions

Hi All,

It's no secret that the UX in HUT is very messy and unappealing to maneuver.

I want to make some suggestions to improve HUT as a whole, and that starts with the UI/UX.

Splash Page:
Starting from entering the mode, you are greeted with a splash page of the current event, with only 1 option - to dismiss. A basic improvement would be to add "Dismiss and Never Show Again" for the current splash page. Secondary to that, I would like an option to press a button and take me to the advanced stats of these new cards.

Discover Tab:
The discover tab is currently used to show non-interactive banners of new content. My suggestion is to change the entire thing to make it similar to viewing a collection. Have the banners, but let the player items be able to be highlighted and, and viewed in advanced stats. Showing a new Crosby card is great, having to go to My Team - Collections - NHL - Pittsburgh -  is not streamlined at all.

In my vision for the mode, the new banners are sorted up and down, instead of left to right. Old ones are removed after 7 days, but everything will still be viewable in a collection tab (separate from My Team, integrated with the HUT Store). By integrating the collection with the HUT Store, users will have the ability to buy any non-set card, released from a previous HUT Season, as BND. These cards should be expensive, and fixed price.

Another part of my vision for the mode is a Weekly Featured Player, selected at random, that can be earnable BND via objectives. Example, Timer 23:59:59, Featured card: 86 OVR Icons Sakic in a screen similar to the Captain side bar in My Team. BND Price, 140k. Underneath the card are 4 objectives that when completed, add a discount for the card. Simply using objectives that relate to that card: Complete 5 games with any Avalance Player, Score 5 snap shot goals, Complete 5 games with any Icons Player, and the final objective tied to HUT Moments- Complete the Sakic Moment. Integration is important.

To avoid a long post no one will read, I will be adding to this post in the comments for specific modes, tabs, sub screens and sets.
