We need an explanation!

So EA has screwed us again. There are players like me, who spent hundreds if not thousends of real money to buy packs to get 4 collectibles for fantasy players. There are players who literally spent a huge amount of cash, because they thought that this is the only way to get fantasy players. They had that impression because the drops out of packs were so extremelly low, that your customers assumed, it's the absolute only way to get those fantasy players.
4 collectibles for 2600 points which are exactly 200.- for one player in that area that i am in. Even if we would have used the so called "free" collectibles which are only obtainable by miss-slided and nerfbreaking moments which are a disgrace for the "difficulty" in which they are presented. Even then you still had to make 8 collectibles for an exorbitant price of only 120x80s which is ridiculous or spend 5200 points which is equal to around 40.- in my area. The change to last year is 15 (FIFTEEN) times bigger.
If someone wanted to make a second fantasy player or more, they had to spent a crazy amount of money and there were still people who did this. Me included.
And then, AFTER the event, you drop those fantasy players in packs which are not related to the fantasy event and with a crazy amount of drop rate.
There are theories online in which this was a mistake from EA's side, others claim pure intention and that EA tried to make up for all the lost money during the fantasy event, because starting time ond end time of this "issue" was coincidentally around 2pm - 5pm like work hours...coincidence? who knows, but it doesnt even matter!
How are you explaining that to everyone who literally spent hundreds or thousend bucks during the fantasy event, which bought the fantasy cards during the event AS IT WAS MEANT TO BE!!!
Those players ended up with not tradeable cards, which they can only use for themselve or in sets for exchange.
Players who were able to profit out of this "issue" had not even the crazy bigger chance to end up with fantasy players, they also got it waaaaaaaayyyy cheaper and as top of the iceberg, these cards are all tradeable.
We ended up with players who spent thousands of bucks during the event with less fantasy players and those they have are less worth because they are untradeable. How do you explain that?
Thanks to this "issue" also the whole market crashed and people who bought a fantasy player during event in the auction house for over 1 mio are now screwed because the same player is available for almost half the price.
This was literally a bad move EA, if it was intention or a mistake it doesnt matter! What you did, is neither fair and we have to find out, if this was even legal, because you obviously scammed a lot of people!!
Yes, i am one of those stupid idiots who got scammed of you EA! I am only a EA-veteran and played your NHL and Fifa games since 1999. i spent A LOT of money through packs and ingame purchases, but you absolutely lost me as a player. i am sure, that a lot of players feel the same. Please tell me only one good reason why i should stay with you and your company if you do things like this? Please give me on good reason?
This is just a disgrace and EA probably won't even say something to it!! I don't care if it was intention or a mistake, it was just not ok and not fair!!!
I will talk to my lawyer to find out if this is sueable or not, because this is malpractice at it's finest.
EA, you alienate all of your veterans, claim to listen to the players but all you do is screw us over and over!!!
Aljo, with your absence and no communication on this topic, you are in the same boat and also not with the community how you should be.
Lesson learnt, Game deleted, contact to lawyer made!!!
This was truly the last time i let myself screw up by EA. It's a shame what you guys have become.
