What's up with the Pack Situation this Weekend? I got screwed again.

I was buying packs and not paying close enough attention when there clearly was an error in the pack description because it was changed.  There was a 1300 point pack that said you get to select 12 it...

    Hello. A makegood pack went out yesterday for this. However, I'm seeing reports there were errors with it and am looking into this.

    Send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID and I'll see if we can get Kaprizov unstuck.
