First just want to say I was hoping NHL 27 was going to be the best game put out in years but noticed prior to release that there was little in depth promotion other than Franchise Connected and Presentation.

Many of the issues from 4 games ago exist and were never resolved, I tried to play a game without it freezing or having errors and right off the hop I got an error code… I’m not the only one and EASHL still has the freezing intro issue along the jerseys and players not all being shown.

Next I noticed BAP form score is still reliant on goals scored. An Enforcer can simply not play in that mode other than being stuck in the AHL. It would be also nice if multiple junior seasons were back from the era of NHL 20.

Franchise mode had an increased salary but is. Pretty much the exact same, even the Stanley Cup presentation is still the bland version from NHL 21…

Commentary: Well I was hoping for authentic but I guess it was AI generated.

Players/Fan faces: They look like Fortnite characters with those graphics and fans in 160P as it’s so blurry. They are also very lifeless which I thought weren’t supposed to be.

Gameplay: Same wrap around exploit is still there and Ai Defensive players don’t know how to position properly still, On the PP players dump the puck and on PK they do the opposite. The Ai logic is the worst it has been,

Customization: This one has been mind boggling because some logos were removed, Some well known cities/towns are still not in game.

PWHL mode removed? Why was this taken away? My oldest niece loved having it. I get controversial opinions but you simply don’t have to obligate yourself to play it.

Drop in 6’s: A huge request that many in our community had was to have a better system as it takes us 2 que’s just to find a game that barely fills. Why. Iet us select position before we search and throw us in a dressing room so it doesn’t take forever when most of us don’t have that time to waste. Also indoor games with jersey selection instead of the same two jerseys and team names would be nice.

There is more to go on about within bugs that weren’t fixed that were promised to be in this game.

For $129.99 CDN for the Deluxe Edition is barbarically insane! It’s barely even worth $80 at this point when the games not working properly or is very similar to the last years game.

My question is will any community managers other than Aljo who seems to be the only consistent one gonna speak up and respond to the consumers who pre-ordered or bought the game? I think it’s unfair to let everyone in the dark, The dev team is way bigger than before so that is why my curiosity is pondering whether this game is worth buying…

Look at the ratings and you will see. Only seems like the percentage of people who enjoy this are the HUT or Goalie guys but offline it’s been a disappointing experience.

Let’s hope Mike and team can figure something out and give us a game that doesn’t feel like it was made using AI.

They dump the puck in on the PP, while on the PK they refuse to dump the puck and instead try cross-ice passes through the slot while shorthanded!? What happened to your NHL Edge technology that was supposed to replicate real-life situations and gameplay as accurately as possible?

Obviously, they only respond to what suits them and what helps their narrative. They completely avoid addressing constructive criticism and instead latch onto the few positive comments, which seem to become fewer and fewer every year.

But nothing will change as long as people keep buying this trash every year and their sales numbers never take a significant hit. I've said it in another post already: I genuinely cannot understand how anyone in management can sign off on such a sloppy, unfinished product after a full year of development and then confidently release it to the public.

It's embarrassing that after all these years they still can't eliminate basic clipping issues. In fact, it somehow gets worse with every release. What's even more embarrassing is how many parts of the game remain virtually unchanged year after year, while features that once worked well have either been neglected or removed entirely.

At some point, "we're listening to the community" stops being a statement and starts sounding like a marketing slogan. If they were truly listening, many of these long-standing issues would have been addressed years ago instead of being carried over from one release to the next.

I watched that and then experienced it myself and boy it was like playing a Men’s tournament having a person who doesn’t understand the concepts of hockey and then having to coach them…&nbsp;

EA_Aljo​EA_Blueberry​ Can you please read this feedback and pass it on to Mike and team. This game is very similar to last years and $129.99 is a rip off for this product. We deserve a good game. Why doesn’t the team reach out for help if they are short staffed? Over 200 members worked on this game and each team works on different categories. Why is BAP broken still with Form Score, and all the above I mentioned. It is highly unacceptable to leave this game the way it is and the team should apologize for this poorly designed game. Yeah we get it’s a video game and things happen but this is something that is really broken&nbsp;
