Booted from game

I’d like to know how I got booted out of a game, said I lost connection to the Internet even though my son is online downstairs on his own PlayStation having no problem, never lost connection….

Please explain to me how that happens?

I got booted from the server and took the loss, but my son for some reason able to stay online and have no trouble, but your server booted me out?

Love to see the excuse for this one
