Chel club not being able to leave

So I had a club that I promoted somebody else to GM in that club. We wanted to make a new club I left but he’s now stuck as GM and can’t make anyone else GM to leave so he’s stuck in the club and can’t add me back or delete the club we wanna delete the club, but he can’t. I would really like some help.
