It seems Microsoft had me logged in with a different account not associated with my Xbox, and I already redeemed the code using that account. Will it be possible to redeem it on the account associated with my Xbox? It's saying the code has already been redeemed and isn't letting me.

You're certain you cannot deactivate a code and then send me a new one?
And if so, do you have a suggestion on how I can proceed?
Can I just change the email associated with my Xbox to the one I redeemed it with?
Community ManagerUnfortunately, this won't work. I'm sorry to say, we don't have any other options to get you playing other than registering on a different account to get a new code. Which will only be playable on the account the code was sent to.
And I'm guessing my odds of being accepted with a random alt are pretty low or can they be some sort of note attached to the profile I'm sending in a new sign-up for?
