Is anyone else never getting connected to a agent or anyone at EA in regards to nhl 27 I’ve been sitting and waiting in live chat for multiple hours almost all day and still nothing it says average wait time is 24 minutes but I’m not getting put through to anyone it’s been like this for 2 days I cannot reach any human at EA helps website live chat
