EA_Aljo I don't have a video at the moment, but I can give you screenshots of it happening in 3s, where a (presumably interference) penalty was called that resulted in a penalty shot.
494.73 on the replay clock is the last time the opponent touched the puck when they passed it.
495.29 on the replay clock is when the hit that was called a penalty shot (3s) was initiated. That's only 0.56 seconds later.
495.56 If it helps, here is where the hit was "finished" and the player separated from my teammates hit. This is still only 0.83 seconds from the time they last touched the puck.
