Entered redemption code but game isn’t on my Xbox

Hoping a dev or moderator could help me out. I downloaded/attempted to download the playtest with my code but it’s vanished from my Xbox. I put the code in one minute early and I’m wondering if that messed it up. Any help would be appreciated :)

    EA_Mako​ - Any word on what's going on with the beta? Looking at the email and it's past 2 PM PST. Not sure if it's cause I'm in Canada or what :( Hope this works soon but a lot of people are saying it's not loading
