Community ManagerDid you browse to any other screens after entering the dressing room? If someone crashes during the loading, it can cause the syncing your teammates are experiencing. Normally, it will sync up, but I have seen it take a couple of minutes. I haven't had it with 27 yet, but it did happen now and then in 26.
I can’t say for sure. But I certainly didn’t. And unsure about our opposing players too.

Try this going forward. If you need to make a loadout/customization change, use the bumpers to change to that tab before readying up. Make your changes, go back to the dressing room, ready up and start the search.
What region are you all in? Are you in the same general area or are you spread out over multiple regions? Are any of you on a wireless or weaker connection?
I am located in Northern Europe and am playing with a 1000 Mbit connection.
