Every game freezes
Every. Single. Game. We sit here for 5-10 minutes looking at the ice and the referee just awkwardly moving his feet. Shut the servers down and address this. Literally every single game.

Looks like when game froze my Xbox DVR didn’t get any recording of it. This was because I had to dashboard more likely. But yeah this has happened since NHL 23. Mostly during the introduction. It was a topic we discussed a lot of in the NHL 26, 24,23 forums.

Can you post the video? It would be good to see the moment this happens rather than after. That way, we can look for anything that could be causing it.
Also in 6 v 6. I have video of it too and wasted 3 hours of my trial time which I can’t get back.
