Lag switched after going up 2 to 0 in WOC

They were 26 wins 4 losses, we were undefeated with 7 wins. We immediately started to question their record one period into the game, we were only up 1 but you could tell they weren’t elite players. We take a 2 goal lead and immediately start spiking to 140 ping. Our club has players from Atlantic Canada right up to Alberta, some of us have different internet providers,  this wasn't a coincidence. We ended up losing 3-2 in triple OT. 
Only one of their players were xbox so I messaged him and called them out on it and reported them for cheating through xbox. He messaged back and said that he was a fill from drop in, and after checking chel stats I seen he was telling the truth. 
Which means, we were lag switched out of an easy win, lost our undefeated streak, and had 0 way of reporting the people who were actually cheating.

EA, it’s been like 12 years of saying this, but you HAVE to do better. No in game report button in 2026 is just one of the several things that will make you shake your head. 
I know mentioning specific gamertags is a no no here, but attached below is the game stats from WOC as well as the club we played. It would be greatly appreciated if EA could take some initiative here
