NHL 27 playtest missing after redemption

Hello, I redeemed my code for the NHL playtest, but when I went to download it today it doesnt appear on my game list at all

    I made a post asking the same thing. Seems there's an easy fix for Xbox but haven't found one for PlayStation yet
