Play test code not working

I'd double-check your PlayStation/Xbox transaction or redemption history first to make sure the code actually went through. If it shows as redeemed but you still can't access the PlayTest, I'd report it through the official PlayTest Issue Reporting form so they can look into the code/entitlement.

If you were part of playtest #1 a week ago, you don’t have to claim that second code. It’s still the same game app from a week ago. 

I figured it out. The ai chat at the ps store led me to my purchase/order history where I found it. Thanks.
