Post playtest feedback on the playtest boards

This is the only place I can start a discussion, but was told this is not where you can share feedback on NHL 27 playtest. Anyone perhaps know why this could be? I simply don't see the option.

How do I fix when trying to inv someone for the franchise it says Xbox privacy setting I can't inv them
