PS Button bug pause the game !

In all other NHL game in the past we can touch ps button for chek messages , play music and other stuff without pause the game and now if we touch the PS Button it always pause the game it's very frustrating. Please fix this ! We want to play the game and use PS button at the same time just like all the other past game.
