EA_Aljo​ Thankyou, saying that changing appearances on already finished and implemented models isnt easy was the answer i needed, dumb enough to expect anything else…well….. there is always next year!

EA_Aljo​ Sadly, there havent been any updates in the past post launch in this subject, and by giving Roger Mcqueen an full asian appearance, despite having an scan, said enough, same with the handling of generic appearances. I wont hold my breath, offline community always at the bottom…maybe by Nhl30 or if 2K makes an comeback. Either way thankyou.

CF was a big focus for 16. Offline modes got big updates though in recent years. Before WoC and HUT. Presentation is also something the offline community puts a huge focus on and there was significant work done there. I understand you're not happy with player models. We all know there's room for improvement. Regardless, the offline community is not at the bottom. We most definitely care about you all. 

EA_Aljo​ Agree to disagree, i see how CF mode was the big focus, even though i myself and many others saw it as incomplete and an failure, and could have been made better, which im sure you are working on and will continue to update, im also sure many people enjoy it.  And myself was very pumped about presentation, before i noticed the glitches, the fan graphics, and its length, i mostly skip it now, which im sure everyone does after the first 1-2 weeks, but it was well needed for the game and appreciated to have the option to get more action. And BAP got its big update last year, but not many things that had been requested, and the little things didnt make it, but sure, would be enjoyable without form score, before that it was pricy pond hockey for 3-4 years? Franchise mode have been the same for 4-5 years now? Very small adjustments and tweaks, i mean the menus or layout didnt even change or get an update? Or the requests to make it more realistic? Its sadly not an enjoyable mode for todays real life nhl, which the game should be mimicking. I have no idea how big the Dev team is or how they work, if they all got their own area or not, if i knew maybe i would have a different opinion and give credits, but it def should be better than this. I did not mean that the offline modes dont get any attention at all, but its for certain getting the least, it should be yearly. And player likeness is at the very bottom, and we can never get an answer why.

EA_Aljo​ And i also think the marketing of this years game have been wrong, posting online and saying rookies are getting scanned into this yeara game and not getting in, thats just a punch in the face for the community. Thankyou for listening!

I think the biggest problem of the generic face customization is that we have by far to less generic haircuts which can be used. In general the less customization options are a big problem of the game since a long time.
