Save slots for custom playbooks?

One of the most maddening features of NHL 27 is the inability to save custom playbooks for online versus mode. If you make any changes to the BALANCED playbook, the settings revert to their defaults when you either start a new online match or restart the entire game on your console.

This is a regression from previous versions, where I could customize the play style for any given team. It would still reset on a roster update, but that's better than resetting every game like it does now.

Can EA give users a few custom playbook save slots, similarly to how Call of Duty does this for weapons loadouts? These would save with your profile and never reset. I'll even take one save slot at this point! Adjusting these sliders every game or session is really annoying.
