What time will the 2nd wave of playtest codes rollout?

I had signed up when i originally got the email somewhere on july 6, and i didnt get a code yesterday so what time is expected for me to get a code today

UPDATE: Please keep trying. We're seeing people loading into the playtest fine and that should be fully resolved within the next hour. If you still can't load in to the playtest, restart the game....
