Xbox to ps5 loyalty ?

I switched from xbox to ps5 is there anyway to get my loyalty rewards on ps5 😆 I know its probably a no buuuut thought it was worth a shot to ask and see if it was possible becuase that set is rough looking at it everytime I open the fantasy set after playing all year last year 😆😆
