Constant game crashes World of Chel

For about 2 weeks now I haven't been able to finish a World of Chel game. I either get a full game crash (CE-108255-1) or "lost connection from EA servers".

I've done literally everything on my end. I got a new router. Switched to wired connection. I've cleared every cache. Reset everything. I even factory reset my PS5 and yet this still persists. 

I just want to play puck. Please help. I'm out of anything I can do on my end
