Slow loading menus

Hello! That is a very long amount of time to be taking to connect. Are you on a wireless connection by chance? Also, what region are you in? One more thing, have you tried the suggestions in this article for connection troubleshooting? Thanks!

Unfortunately, wireless is an unstable connection. It's always going to be more prone to disconnects and lag. You may want to look in to getting a powerline adaptor. That is a really good option when your router is too far for a wire.

That's problem don't know any powerline adapter would help

It’s not your I’m having same issue and I have very fast internet.  I tried wired and wifi.  Plus clear cache rebuild data base messed with my internet.  I tried everything.  I also have Madden and College 27 no issues 

JavyBaez_ELmago​ Would you be able to move close enough to use a wire just as a test? If that works, chances are excellent a powerline adaptor will help.

jiceumm​ Every game is different so they aren't all going to behave the same when it comes to connections. I definitely recommend you stay on a wired connection. Also, if you're playing Online Versus, those games don't use dedicated servers. Either you or your opponent are hosting the game. That could be better or worse than other modes depending on the quality of you and your opponent's connection as well as the distance between you both.

this is what my games does most the time in the menus.  I have tried everything besides m wiping my ps5! And restoring it.  I heard EA support can wipe my cloud.  So I been trying to get in contact with support 

it wasnt an issue for  nhl 26 or any other  ea title
