Game crashes when on-screen keyboard pops-up

Hey guys! I'm havinag an issue with my NHL 27 game, with a  XBOX series X console.

My game crashes when the on-screen keyboard pops-up. I tried everything around the sun to get it to work: Factory reset the console - Deleting and downloading the game again - Unabling quick resume - OSU1 install....

 Any solution? Thanks in advance!
