HUT ranked game disconnects before start and counts as loss.

I was going into a ranked game after winning and then after seeing the opponents team and beginning to load into the game, it suddenly just said lost connection. It proceeded to give me a loss and take away my win progression. When I checked recent games it shows up as 0-3 DISC with 00:00 time spent. How is that even possible when the game never started and it’s saying I got beat 3-0. Is there anyway this loss can be taken away?
