Neck Guard Bug

Not only neck guard, after using the rezztek blade grip and putting back the basic normal tape it doesnt save on the stick? What is going on guys does anything work in this mode? I only play this mode and I only buy NHL for be a pro and I now suspect nothing works like it should?

Now I cant have basic white tape on my stick, i dont understand :/
