this is what my games does most the time in the menus. I have tried everything besides m wiping my ps5! And restoring it. I heard EA support can wipe my cloud. So I been trying to get in contact with support

If it does find players, i load into the rpom lobby, and it freezes. It says the game has started already. Or It tells me it failed to find players. Fix this please. Its very frustrating
