“Press X to start” button on MW3 not working on PS4

Hi, I’m having issues getting past the “press X to start” button on COD: MW3 on PS4 and it’s not working, tried to turn off and on the console, also tried deleting and reinstalling the game but still failed, resetting controller and unplugged all ISB cords connected still same result, disconnected router and tried again, and nothing. I would appreciate some assistance.
