How does one company manage to make so many mistakes? EA has 1 team working on the NHL games that get released every year. That is one hell of a schedule.
Do they hire incompetent people ? No they do not.
Or are they just so understaffed and do not care to spend more money to fix problems? They have complete monopoly over hockey games. As long as people keep buying the games that are lowballed, they will keep lowballing the games for a bigger profit. The world is all about money, buddy.
For years it has seemed their company is the most incompetent company possible.
Will this ever change or are we all doomed to have such a crappy company being the only source for a hockey game? This will change if someone else makes another hockey game or if there is a mass boycott.
This is so dang annoying too because this game is so close to being great, but EA just has its head up its arse when it comes to fixing things .
If any other company was as incompetent it would have gone out of business long ago yet EA still manages to stay in business is incredible. Not incredible at all. They have monopoly.
You are wrong about one thing for sure.
They do hire incompetent people and they are what usually are called management.
Although in EA's case should be called mismanagement.
If there are not enough staff to fix or keep game running properly then yes they are incompetent in managing a company .
Why are you so quick to back them up,you work for EA?
All you do is rip what I say yet support it fully in the fact you agree the game sucks and EA has a monoply, as if I didn't know that?
Um I assume what you are answering would be called sarcasm, but hey go nuts,Buddy.

Buddy buddy buddy.
The games suck, I agree. But the reality is that EA has NO reason at all to improve their NHL games. They get more profit this way so this is the way they go.
If anything EA has excellent management. They are doing the smart thing for the company because as I already mentioned, the world is ALL about money.
And no, I am not working for EA. I am just a Finnish student who knows what the business world is all about.

Do you think anything you say is not obvious already?
Instead of trying to BS people about what business is about I suggest you try to employ the business tactics EA uses in the real world and see how successful you are.
If people do not try to get others to stop allowing themselves to be walked all over then yes what you say is true.
But I refuse to be a sheep like you and follow the herder so enjoy your EA worship .

First you tell me that everything I say is obvious, then suddenly it is "BS"?
"BS people about what busness is about" ?You clearly don't understand how valuable a monopoly is for companies.
The only thing that we "normal" users can do about the situation is trying to perform a mass boycott. Whining on forums that aren't even managed by staff of EA is not going to help. Wake up buddy.
