4 and 5th player color is different on pre-game and on the game

I have not find out 100% yet, below are same speculations
What happens when the bug occurs?
Two players on ice with same color
What do you expect to see?
Different colors on each player
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

This is rare bug, but I think its 100% reproducable. (its rare because of requirements) 

However, I have NOT find way to reproduce it yet.

My suspects of requirements:

Highly possible that this only happens 4 or 5 player local games. 

Highly possible that this can only happen on tournmanent mode (where one player cant be out of game, owner)

This bug happens after 2 controllers "switch positions" (colors) by switch them off and starting them different order.

Exact steps unknown. 2 same colors can be others than red, I haven seen 2 cyan players also.
